80th Anniversary Exhibition Concludes with Historic Success

As the largest exhibition of its kind to date, it showcased the nation’s 80-year journey of building and development across nearly 180 sectors, ranging from industry, agriculture, science, and technology to culture, education, defense, and foreign affairs. Thousands of artifacts, documents, documentaries, and modern displays presented a comprehensive picture of Vietnam’s achievements under the leadership of the Communist Party.

Prime Minister Chính emphasized that the exhibition’s success went beyond expectations thanks not only to its scale and creative presentation but also to the overwhelming support of millions of domestic visitors, overseas Vietnamese, and international friends. He affirmed that the exhibition highlighted the great strength of national unity and the harmonious blend of tradition with modernity, as well as the combination of national and global strengths.

Over its 19-day run, the exhibition welcomed senior leaders of the Party, State, and Government, as well as delegations from Laos, Cambodia, Cuba, Russia, and other countries. It also became a cultural highlight for millions of citizens, veterans, students, and young people nationwide. Various cultural, artistic, and interactive programs left lasting impressions.

The organizing committee awarded 50 “Outstanding Exhibition Space” prizes to units with notable contributions, while the Prime Minister presented Certificates of Merit to 36 collectives for their achievements.

According to the Prime Minister, the exhibition’s success is an important stepping stone for future national, regional, and international events, including the upcoming Autumn Fair 2025 scheduled for October. He called on the people to continue writing new chapters of Vietnam’s history with patriotism, pride, resilience, and ambition—toward building a prosperous, strong, and happy nation, fulfilling President Hồ Chí Minh’s cherished aspiration.
