Locations for Level-2 VNeID Registration in Ho Chi Minh City

Registration Offices
The Immigration Management Division currently accepts and processes applications at the following addresses:

• 196 Nguyễn Thị Minh Khai, Xuân Hòa Ward, HCMC

• 239 Ngô Gia Tự, Thủ Dầu Một Ward, HCMC

• 120 Phạm Hùng, Bà Rịa Ward, HCMC

Alternatively, applicants may register directly at the Immigration Department under the Ministry of Public Security.

Required Documents
Applicants must prepare:

• A valid passport.

• An active Vietnamese mobile number registered under their name.

• A valid temporary residence card or permanent residence card.

• A portrait photo taken directly at the registration site.

Registration Procedure

1. Take a queue number and have a portrait photo taken.

2. Present all required documents, fill in the “Information Provision Form,” and sign the TK01 form provided by the immigration authority.

3. Provide biometric fingerprint data at the counter.

4. The system will process the data and send a verification request to the National Population Data Center.

5. Once approved, the Level-2 VNeID account will be issued, and the applicant will receive a notification via SMS/email.

Processing Time
From 3 to 7 working days upon submission of a complete and valid application.

Important Notes
Applicants must ensure all information provided is accurate before signing the TK01 form. The VNeID account must not be shared with others.
